TSCA PCB AMENDMENTS, DON’T BE AFRAID!

On August 29, 2023, EPA finalized regulatory changes that address several key issues related to implementing the PCB Cleanup and Disposal Program under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). These changes, effective as of February 24, 2024, focus on alternate PCB extraction and determinative analytical methods as well as amendments to the PCB cleanup and disposal regulations.

Please join Liz Denly and Kim Tisa from TRC Environmental Corporation and Jim Occhialini from Pace® Analytical Services for a one-hour webinar that will review what the changes in extraction/analytical methods are and how they can impact your projects.  Data usability, comparability and representativeness aspects will be addressed as well as key regulatory considerations related to PCB waste cleanup under the revised TSCA regulations.
